We reserve the right to cancel
courses open to the public due to lack of enrollment within
two (2) weeks of the course start date. In the event a
course that is open to the public is cancelled, the
registered student will have the option of rescheduling
their enrollment into another course or will be entitled to
a 100% refund. In the event an instructor assigned to the
course becomes unavailable due to circumstances out of our
control, we will do our best to find a substitute
instructor. If a suitable substitute is not available, the
course will be rescheduled. Students that request
cancellation of course(s) registration must do so in
writing. The student will be entitled to a 50% refund if a
written cancellation notice is received three (3) weeks
prior to the course start date or 40% refund if a written
cancellation notice is received two (2) weeks prior to
course start date. Those students that fail to provide a
written notice of cancellation or attend the course(s)
registered for will not be entitled to any refunds. These
same terms will apply to corporate customers that reserve
training rooms and/or instructors. If the school rejects an
application, all tuition paid by the applicant shall be
refunded, an application fee of $25.00 will be retained by
the school. All tuition paid by the applicant shall be
refunded if requested within three (3) business days after
signing a contract with the school. The school will retain
an application fee of $25.00. Approved refunds will be
returned within 30 days. |
